Today, Webco Industries, Inc. announced the appointment of Ms. Catherine Wilcox as a member of Webco’s Board of Directors. Ms. Wilcox’ appointment by the Board brings the number of outside members to three and the total members to six.
Dana S. Weber, Webco Chairman and Chief Executive Officer said “Ms. Wilcox has extensive experience in corporate law and governance. She earned a law degree from the University of Tulsa and has practiced in the private sector, in the courts, and recently served as general counsel for a large corporation for fifteen years. Over the course of her career, Ms. Wilcox has also served on the board of numerous not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Wilcox’ experiences in her career make her a valuable addition to our Board, adding knowledge in risk management, human resources and governance.”
