that our employees are or will be part of a team. A team is
a group of people (called Team Members) working together, committed
to making WEBCO the best in the field.

to the team's and WEBCO's objectives, mission and overall success.

for the success of the day to day operation of the business.

To prepare employees for participation, pro-active involvement
in continuous improvement, and decision making through teams,
continuous training and coaching will be made available to each
employee.

and participation in teams is an essential function of every employee's
job. Working together as a team is the most effective tool
available to meet the goals of individual Team Members, teams,
